Q1: How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days. During peak seasons or major sales, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order leaves our facility, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number to follow your package’s journey.
Q2: Which shipping carriers do you use?
We partner with trusted carriers — UPS, FedEx, and USPS — to ensure your parts arrive quickly and safely. Carrier selection depends on your order’s size, weight, and destination for optimal delivery value.
Q3: Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We proudly serve the global Harley-Davidson community. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and local import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Q4: My tracking shows “Delivered,” but I haven’t received my package. What should I do?
First, check around your property, ask neighbors, and look in designated safe spots. If you still can’t locate the package, contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. If unresolved, reach out to us — we’ll assist with a trace or claim to make things right.

We want every rider to be fully satisfied. Most new, unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Q6: Are your parts covered by a warranty?
Yes. Genuine OEM Harley-Davidson® parts include manufacturer warranty coverage. Premium aftermarket parts carry their respective brand warranties — typically from 1 year to lifetime. We’re happy to assist in processing any valid warranty claim.
