Refund and Returns Policy

At Harley Heritage Hub, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.
1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

Include your order number and proof of purchase with your return.

Certain items cannot be returned for safety reasons, including:

Electrical components or sensors

Custom or special-order items

Installed, modified, or used parts

If a return is approved, a refund or exchange will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at sales@harleyheritagehub.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
For items damaged during shipping, please keep all original packaging for carrier inspection.
3. Refund Process

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your item.

Refunds are credited back to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
4. Exchanges
We’re happy to help you exchange eligible items for another product or size, subject to availability. Contact our support team before sending items back so we can ensure stock and hold the replacement for you.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage.
6. Warranty Claims
Genuine Harley-Davidson® OEM parts are covered by their manufacturer warranty. Premium aftermarket products include coverage provided by the manufacturer, typically ranging from 1 year to lifetime.
We’ll assist in submitting and managing any valid warranty claims.
7. Restocking Fee
A 10% restocking fee may apply for returns not related to product defects or our error. This helps us maintain fair pricing for all customers.
